Customer Requirements
- There are 8 rooms where the guide gives an explanation, there are 4 guides.
- Every guide has a wireless headset mic
- At entering a room, the guide selects his mic number on a wall panel. He also adjusts the volume level, depending on the number of people.
- The reception has a mic, allowing to page.
- When no guides are in service, the wall panels can be switched off, to avoid abuse.
