Park City, UT & Sheffield, UK — Cloud Electronics hasnow partnered with Crestron Electronics, Inc. to enable control of its popular zone mixers – DCM1, CX263 and CX462.  Cloud is well recognized for the quality and the versatility offered by its commercial audio products which allow individual source selection and level control in each zone.  The partnership will allow these devices to be integrated into a Crestron control system for sound conscious integrators needing an integrated zoning and paging solution.

"This partnership brings together technology from two market leaders,” commented Simon Curtis. "There are many existing installations using Cloud products with Crestron systems where outstanding audio quality and flexibility are required. However, with Creston-created drivers more integrators will have access to the versatile mixer/zoners; a synergy that offers affordable zoning and source selection in independent zones for a multitude of applications.  Our agreement solidifies Cloud’s ongoing commitment to bring control to more products within the line.”

The ability to communicate with Crestron products provide integrators in education, corporate, and hospitality markets with a valuable resource for monitoring and controlling audio systems within the lecture hall, boardroom, or multipurpose hall. Designers and installers can download the set of Crestron drivers for DMP panels at no cost from the Integrated Partner Modules area of the Crestron Tools and Resources webpage.
